I wanna evolve my Growlithe asap, but I don't know when the best level is. He's currently around level 35... I just defeated Clair and the kimono girls. What's the best level? =(

Agree with the 'flare blitz is a good idea' posters, talking from personal experience. XD If you really don't want to wait for that move though (which you can't learn otherwise afaik), then you might as well evolve now though...
