Hmm that's like the definition of every evolution of the pokemon you meet on the first routes in R/S/E but I don't know Mightyena?

Foxrally it was Electabuzz, he evolves by trading

It's Black
It's not flying but isn't hit by ground attacks
It scares bad children
 
I know that one, it's the creepy dude, Duskull.

Oh and Lopnis it was Swellow.

This pokemon has extremely long claws.
It is a ground type.
It likes to dig holes.

We are good at this game, XD
 
Hmm again this could be either so I'll say Drillbur
and Right :) Duskulls my favorite pokemon

It's brown
It has many, many, many variations
It can learn Dizzy Punch

-In Pokemon Black and White, it had the second highest speed in the Unova Dex. Only Meloetta in Pirouette Form was faster.
-This Pokemon is an Electric Type
-In the anime, this Pokemon took out Bianca's whole team, but Ash defeated it no problem.
