No, it's not Pikachu. (Epic fail, might I add. None of my hints fit it.) *waw waw waw waw waaaw*

It learns a move that doesn't make sense for it to have based on its (the move's) Japanese name. (fix because of my derp, the other was an ability (hint hint))
Its Japanese name means "Red Face".
It's used by two gym leaders in total.

@Serperion: Correct but please give me a new one.
And maybe the question of that answer could be Togepi because it's based of an egg, is white and evolves twice.

Nope but once again that fits the category

Hazardously guessing Mudkip or maybe Surskit, Milotic, Wailord or Relicanth

    This pokemon is small
    It lives in caves
    It is part bug type

Serperion, the answer to my question was Mudkip.

The answer to Aryan143's question is Butterfree.

The next Pokemon is based on a scorpion.
It can learn Poison Sting by level.
    Its evolution can't, though.

  • Sandslash! Although Sandslash did have a STAB move in gen 2. That STAB Sand Attack, what do you know about it! Not a damn thing!

Also, correct! It could have been a Metang too, but Lairon was what I had in mind.

This Pokémon gets the Prankster ability.
It is of the Dark type.
    It can not evolve further.

No, it's actually Vibrava. Swablu is Normal/Flying.

And I guess the answer to Aryan143's question is Xatu.

The next Pokemon couldn't evolve in Gen I.
    It has a big movepool.
    It's a Normal type.
