Nope Reuniclus does not cover the first criteria (that criteria mean multiple arms or multiple legs (more than 2)

@Lineofdeath my closest guess is Flygon although Golurk, Hydreigon and Volcarona also cover this category

No it was Steelix because it evolved from Onix, has 200 base defense and it didn't learned a Ground STAB till BW2

My actual answer was Sharpedo but Crawdaunt fit
And Squirtle would count too...right? cause it was a prevo of Blastoise...?
