    i was introduced in the 2nd generation. im known as the diving pokemon. the first move i learn is safeguard and the last move i learn is Sky attack. Im a bird and im legendary. i did appear in one of the movies. what pokemon am i?

    Lugia the swan.

    Seems like a majestic Pokemon such as Lugia would be something a bit more terrifying than a mere bird such as that. Should have been an eagle or something.
