It's Ledian. That one was easy. OK, I'll make one.

It has a pliable body without any bones. If any part of its body is torn off, it grows right back. This should be easy.

Smeargle, because the battle would end when the Pokemon explodes, so he can't sketch it.

The answer to that last question is any Pokemon with a national dex # of 387 or higher.

Or if you mean obtainable in Ruby/Sapphire, then Deoxys. You can only capture it in Fire Read or Leaf Green, but can trade it to Ruby or Sapphire.

The answer to the third-to-last question could also be Bellossom. (I mean, does Bellossom look anything like Gloom?)

The answer to the second-to-last question could be Dusknoir...?

no. ur wrong. it isnt roselia. ill give another hint that will probably b a giveaway. this pokemon's pre evo has a certain type besides grass that its evo didnt have.
