Actually, you can get Kyogre in Ruby, and vice versa, all you have to do is kill groundon, and vice vesa in Sapphire, then you get this event where you can get Kyogre instead. ^_^ Hahahah

but Latios is blue... not red.... -_-

I'm all out of ideas, all I can think of are
Solrock
and Crawdaunt, and those aren't even legendaries.....
