Cool! *announces* It's Jynx, mistress and defender of love! =P Just kidding. I know that is your version of a heroine in the style of the Dark Magician Girl.
The first looks plain because of the background, but the 2nd is stunningly awesome with a great pose! You should really use the 2nd one for your signature, size it down though. It will be very eye-catching ;)
I'm a huge supporter of your artwork =)

Both are as good, but the 2nd is more outstanding =)
I like DMG too, she's pretty and cute, and awesome when attacking ;)
