Doesn't it bug you how some pokemon just seem useless?
To me, these pokemon have to do with something
with future generations, and will get prevo's/evo's.

So all we can do is guess, these are some of mine.
(I know not all pokemon need evolutions/pre-evolutions
but it helps me sleep at night.)​

Luvdisk:
Luvdisk makes me rage so much.
It bugs me that this pokemon was
created. This must have a evolution
in a future evolution.​

Tauros//Miltank:
I really want a prevo for this, its a perfect
split evolution for future generations.
Males turn for Tauros//Females turn for Miltank.​

Absol:
Absol deserves an evolution
or a pre-evolution, he/she is just grand.
An evolution would be great, perhaps
get better defences are inorder.​

Smeargle:
I would love to see a Smeargle
pre-evolution, no reason why but hey,
why do we need so many eevee-lutions?​

Pinsir:
We have an evolution for
Scyther, Electrabuzz, and Magmar.
We have a pre-evolution for
Jynx, Magmar, Electrabuzz, and Mr.Mime,
why not Pinsir, why doesn't he get
anything else?​

Torkoal:
This totally leaves me thinking with
the belief in my head that it should get
and evolution/pre-evolution to raise his
Sp.Defence.​

Delibird:
If this pokemon ever gets an
evolution/pre-evolution, Kiddo will
be moderated. Even though this
pokemon is brought up, it doesn't mean
I'm right at any point.​

Kecleon:
I love this pokemon, and
I say it deserves a evolution to boost
its poor Speed and Health.​

Qwilfish:
This pokemon doesn't
deserve an evolution, though
I would like to see one.​

Tropius:
Tropius was always a favorite
of mine, to imagine a pre-evolution
or a evolution. Maybe get another OU
in here.​

Shuckle:
I'm praying for an evolution
to boost its horrible Health stat.
Best Wall EVA with evolution.​

These are just a few of many, leaving some
for you guys to find.​

Oh, I definitely agree with you on the Miltank and Tauros prevolution.
Personally, I simply cannot understand why this hasn't been done all ready. I mean, it could really be useful to their evolutions and it just seems so obvious that they would share a common evolutionary line.
(A cow and a bull... both come from calfs, right?)

Perhaps this will be made in generation five?
I do hope so.

Eevee. (What?!?!)

That's right, Eevee. It already has a lot of evolutions, but I am going to guess that they are going to shoot for one of every type. Types so far neglected by Eevee evloutaions: Ghost, Flying, Rock, Dragon (now that would be cool), Ground, Bug, Fighting, Poison, Steel, and normal. Yes Eevee is a normal type, but there are no normal evolutions for Eevee (Normeon (lol)).

Lapras,maybe...I suggest Durnspace for an evolution and some big pokemon really need pre-evos. Jynx and Pinsir will get a pre evolution and evolution, as Scyther needs a pre one.

Dunsparce needs a dragon type evo. Drapion would appreciate one as well. For some reason, the concept of Bug/Poison-Poison/Dark-Dark/Dragon seems cool because the first and last evolutions have absolutely no types in common. I wuv kecleon, and it could really use an evolution as well. Chimecho too. As for prevolutions, the tauros/miltank one seems cool. I'd like to see a tropious and smeargle evo too. And torkoal, it just screams "I need an evolution called 'torcanoe'." As for luvdisc, I think it's nice being able to have a fully evolved pokemon that is more worthless than crap.

Dunsparce NEEDS an evo, Pachirusu also as its awful, has the potential to sprout an awsome electric evo. Farfetch'd too. AND all the ones you posted at the start.

I think the Idea of a Tauros/Miltank prevolution is good too :P
