    This isn't damage control at all. Well, probably. I imagine they began working on the series side by side because they knew Age would be pretty divisive.
     
    Yeah so much for AGE replacing traditional Gundam.

    If this is an OVA with production values on the level of Unicorn - or even the beautifully animated cutscenes used in late 90s / early 2000s Gundam games like Gihren's Amibition I'm all for it.

    Although I wonder what they'll do about departed cast members like Hirotaka Suzuoki (Bright) and Yo Inoue (Sayla).

    Shoulda animated Crossbone Gundam. Would have been pretty sweet to see.
