    Can someone give a list of all the Gyms and Elite four of what type there pokemon are.If you can there Pokemon.

    ive beaten all the gyms but at the start of rse i have to evolve my torchic for the rock gym for double kick
     
    You could also catch a Shroomish in Petalburg Woods. It has Absorb at the start, so all you need to do is level it up a bit so it can last in a battle against Roxanne's Pokemon (the strongest of which is her level 15 Nosepass). But either way works. You just run into the danger of sacrificing your Combusken when Nosepass uses Rock Tomb (hence, backups are always good).
