At my school, the last day of the year is "Yearbook Day," which consists of a few minutes of first period, and then a morning spent talking with friends and signing yearbooks while they still smell shiny and new. If you haven't paid your school fees, be prepared to wait in line for a good 3-4 hours before getting your yearbook.

No, I'm not exaggerating. A lot of people at my school just don't bother paying their fees because of that line, and honestly, I think the inefficiency of the whole process loses my school a lot of money, but I digress. This year, I paid off my fees well before the end of the school year and I didn't have to wait in line. :D

What do people write in your yearbooks? Did any signatures particularly stand out this year? A friend of mine wrote "For your F.Y.I., H.A.G.S a great summer!" I thought it was sort of clever. Maybe it's just me, and I'm weird that way. One person brought cans of spray paint and was stenciling in his signature, which was awesome. I got him to do my yearbook even though I don't know him that well. A lot of the signatures in my yearbook are Pokemon related, because most of my friends are aware of my dangerous Pokemon obsession. :P

So yeah. Discuss yearbook signatures and yearbooks in general. 3... 2... 1... Go!

Generally people who you don't really know tend to scribble their phone numbers in your yearbooks. I don't know why.

Yearbook? We only got that for the very last year. And since I was excluded the second half of the final year, well, I haven't a clue what was in it. I just know I was not in it. Fine by me though, it wasn't a very nice school. Quite corrupt (hence why despite the fact I was a good student I was permanently excluded for something that wasn't even my fault).

We were having our photos taken for it in the common room, and I refused and people got so angry, including the photographer and the teachers. It's my right decline to have my photo taken and reproduced (but the main reason was that I didn't like it). So there was nothing they could do, nor any reason for them to get mad.

Wait, someone tagged in your yearbook? O= That's awesome! I would do that, but if a teacher saw it in someone's yearbook, it would mean maaajor trouble.

I always thought yearbook signing was fun. (: So many sharpie signatures crammed into a couple of pages. I disliked it, though, when people scribbled things like "Have a great summer" because those mean nothing. =x I usually write about a memory we had or an inside joke. Good times.

I didn't buy a yearbook this year, but I do enjoy signing year books :D
I really hate writing H.A.G.S. though. Its dumb imo. If your gonna write something, at least make it deep since you probably won't be seeing that person for a while xD

I'm not getting a yearbook this year. My school is stupid; they're giving out the yearbook next year when everyone gets back from summer break. That means that there is no way we can have a-get-together at the last day of school. There's not even a blank page in the yearbook. :(

In Middle School, people either wrote their name and something meaningful or H.A.G.S. I can't stress how much I hate it when someone writes H.A.G.S on my yearbook. It pisses me off, especially if one of my friends do it.

This is the situation at my school :/
    It sucks ;_;

I don't think I'll really get anyone to sign my senior year yearbook! How depressing D8

I just went to look at my yearbook from last year.
I get a little nervous when it comes to people signing my yearbook, because the kids are my school are... odd. xD
But they did write normals stuff like "H.A.G.S" or "Hi!"
One guy wrote "Megatron Optimus Prime"
    Haha, I told you. xD
I just noticed that the people who signed my yearbook last year are people I didn't know well back then, but are really close with now. x3 Maybe it's a sign.

Haha, I recently wrote HAGS or HAKAS in someone's yearbook... I didn't know them well. Most of the time, I do know them well, so I write a more personal message. I used to give a number, but meh, creep on me on Facebook.

We had a yearbook signing party last week (was off campus, so it ROCKED). :D

I was hoping the yearbook would be nice this year, it sucks. Pictures are small, lots of typos, no editing done whatsoever!

But I got a lot of signatures in mine(: sofar...

The highschool yearbook is a TEXTBOOK!!!! Soo big! Soo heavy!!!!
