@Kazu-Kun: Yes, Heatran was EV'd the standard set, max in spec atk and speed. Surely, if I post all IVs, could you do the same? I can clone, so you could possibly provide a list. Sorry about Scizor, but Baton Pass is an egg move.

I am not sure all the IVs sorry I posted the ones that matter you can check if you want but I remember xs to be like 10s and 20s not single digit.

I was talking about Bullet Punch not Baton Pass :S
 
@altariaking: I do not want any Pokemon leveled up unless it is EV trained... So Shiny Raichu is worthless, sorry. Next post you make, please list a lot that you have to offer, not just 1 at a time. :/

@Kazu-Kun: I would still like to know Starmie's/Dratini's defenses and such, for breeding purposes. If you cannot provide the IVs or if the IVs are lower than Scyther/Heatran's "worthless" IVs, then no deal.
