I am not good with IVs so I wouldnt be able to tell you, um but from what I can tell most of my pokemon only have two flawless IVs is there anyway I can get that T-tar, I can keep looking to see what I got

I do have an EV modest Blissy with steller IVs I am only slightly skeptical be I got this from a trusted source

also with electivire you dont have to clone it I already have 2
