Is it legit? What nature does it have, and what level is it on?

I have a Pokemon Ranger Manaphy (UT), a Movie Darkrai (UT, it still has Spacial Rend and Roar of Time), 10 Anniversery Celebi, a legit severly touched Deoxys, a Phione, a Toys R Us Mew with Hypnosis from the Pokemon XD Mew Tutor, a Shiny Gastly and a Shiny Haryiama. Piplup eggs (I assume you just want a regular Piplup).

no i mostly need a shiny one for my little brother and the shiny dialga is legit and UT (lv 47 if you want to be sure..) luckily, and it's nature is careful.

The Darkrai has Timid nature and it has decent IVs.
The Manaphy has great IVs in all stats except Defense.
