I had the same problem as well but I opened it in YAPE and found out that you can evolve Snorunt, whether male or female, by trading... Nothing more, nothing less... It's kinda disappointing. =\

The version i found was on 4share. It was listed under pokemon platinum.GBA

Majority of the time, the white screen issue is because you've patched the wrong ROM.
You need to patch Pokemon Ruby v1.0.
It's usually the USA version.

once you have your pokemon just go up....you wont be stopped ...
