what should be the order of things should be done?(what you recommend.)

Well I recommend on getting the story and characters etc.... done first. This'll bring interest and form a good base and then I'd do tiles (if you're changing any) and sprites. Then put it all together with scripts and mapping.

I might as well get this question answered-

If your working on a team with other people helping how would that go? I'm working on the town maps on goldmap right at the moment, so should I insert them and save the deal and make the deal a patch and send it to the next person in line who is doing a different job?

Also I'm still taking suggestions on the order.

^You could do that, that's one way to work.

Another way is that people send you the scripts, sprites, maps, etc. and you insert them.

I would have the team send all the parts to you and you insert them (granted you know how), it's what I do but maybe that's just me liking to keep things organised.

I think I'll go by what I said, I have no knowledge how to insert things myself, and I'm confused with the tutorials.

I'll try to form a team once I get the town maps done, and I am not rushing it, because I'll be going back and edit them or redoing ones that I feel did not come out right.
