[Tool] Hacking tools for android

There is one (G3T), I believe. But it really isn't anybody's fault that you don't have a PC. Because of many things being shifted to Decomp, there won't be a much game changing tool for Binary now (except HMA), especially on phones. You're welcome to make one (or more) though!
