Perhaps you should OPEN THE PROGRAMME???
Then SELECT THE PATCH!
And then, you should OPEN THE BASE ROM!
And then, just click the BUTTON FOR PATCHING and you're done
Jeez, no need to be so hard on the guy.
He's probably used to using LIPS, where there is File Allocation.
File allocation is when a file is able to be used/opened without having to double click on the executable file.
(Much like how VBA lets us allocate .GBA files so that all we have to do is double click the ROM we wanna play.)
A-Ptch doesn't have that, and he didn't know that, no need to be rude about it.
But yes, using an APS file is easy.
Simply Open A-Ptch, then the rest is pretty much self-explanatory.
