Auto-downsizes big images. yea that would be useful i hate big images taht retch out the screen>_<

I wish there was a hack that limited the overall pixels worth of images in a sig >.< (i.e. not just for each image, for all put together)
    MrLoonytik, please put some spaces between your images so that they don't stretch out across the screen ^^;

call me loony-.- mine images dont stretch out the screen 0.0 i saw some big image that really stretch out the screen o.o i hate that o.o

Loony, your images, as there is no space between them, stretch out wider than 500px, and thereby stretch the screen. Please edit or i'll have to edit it for you. (If you wish to respond more to this, PM rather than post).

-The warning system sounds good, but im not sure whether it had already been brought up and turned down?
-The quick edit isn't really worth it since it doesnt save too much time, and "Quick Edit will NOT work with Opera web browsers"
-The new users PM sounds cool -may help them to actually read the rules, and stops from being able to use the excuse "i didnt know where the rules were"
-Thread expiration would be cool, assuming that it doesnt delete post count once threads are expired, and that it is customisable so that the same doesnt happen with stsickies etc.
    -The others im so-so about
We'll just wait and see what steve thinks ^^

Um... PB had Quick Edit, and Quick Edit worked fine. (I use Opera, in case you haven't figured it out. =P)

I like that welcoming newbies one. Didn't PC have that Signature limiter once before, cuase I remember all signatures that were big, show p with this red square.

    A warning system.
~ Abby begged for this. Steve at one point said he'd install it... but we all all know how often that happens.

~ Eh. What would we put in it?

    Auto-downsizes big images.
    ~ Useful *nods*

    Friend referrals.
~ Ehe... not really useful imo.

    Thread expiries.
~ And then when Steve runs another post count recount... *watches thousands and thousands of posts go* And some threads are memorable and shouldn't be deleted.

    Signature image size limiter.
~ Nyah... I guess that'd be okay, too bad it only works for one image...

--Hmm..That Warning System is Simply Too good.*Tugs Steve's Tie to Install This~~
--Quick Edit Goes Down. The Edit Button which is available is Much Much Better.
-- I'm neutral on the PM Newbies. If this is the First time a Newbie has Registered ever in a forum he wouldnt even know what a PM is. It took me 5 days & 1 thread to learn how to PM.(Ofcourse the Rest of u are smarter so it might have taken less time for you)
-- The Other hacks are Crap except maybe the Friends Referral one.

Lets see what Mighty Steve has to offer here.

Uh, that's not how it works. After a set amount of days from the last post, a thread "expires", meaning it's not locked or anything, but normal users can't post in it. However, if a Mod or above was to bump the thread (for whatever reason), it would become "unexpired", allowing users to post again.
