You have no idea how incredibly wrong that was. You don't fight hate with hate, it only leads people in circles. I can see why they think that though, their mother home-schools them so it's easy enough to figure out that she can twist facts. Oi, well, that was just my first response to what I read. I can't do much about it really so that's just pretty upsetting. Of course there is nothing wrong of thinking highly of your heritage, but implying 'I'm glad I'm this, because if I were that, I wouldn't be as happy'.
