I was reading on Bulbapedia about the Hall of Fame in Pokémon W2/B2 and I cam across this information. This is taken directly from the Bulbapedia article

"The player's party after defeating Ghetsis will be recorded."

So basically, what they are saying is that our party gets recorded on the Hall of Fame after beating Ghetsis? Can anyone confirm such information please?

The Gen V section of that page is incomplete and I take it that what it's talking about is Black/White, not Black2/White2, since Ghetsis is the final boss of B/W but not in B2/W2.

As Nah stated above, it's after defeating the final boss in the main story that records the "Hall of Fame", and as he said Ghetsis counts as the "final boss" in B/W instead of the usual Champion due to how the story in those games ends.
