Lance without Ice moves. Gyarados, Ctharizard, and Aerodactyl aren't too bad, his Dragonites on the other hand...
 
I couldnt beat Cynthias wtfhax0rz Garhcomp after weeks >.< The only way to beat it now is to use my lv. 100 Rayquaza with Draco Meteor!
 
Cynthia was the hardest cuz of her high lvl pokemon i finally bet you with my under lvled Palkia lucky me it was lvl 50 to her Garchomp what ever lvl it was
 
Definitely Gary/Green, He was the only one who gave me a challenge. Everyone else was easy.
 
I agree too, Gary was the hardest for me. Cynthia was actually one of the easier champions, I spammed Dragon Dance with Gyarados at her Tomb, and after about 4 DD's he OHKO'd her entire team. 'Nuff said. (Not to mention that I failed to realize that Wallace's entire team in Emerald consisted of water-type pokes and I had a fully evolved Sceptile w/ Leaf Blade that I never used because I did not recognize the pokes ;_; )

That's one of the greats of game development-the opponents can have more stuff than the player, (according to how the game was intended to be played.)
 
LAnce was hard for me in sliver cause i had one strong pokemon and a bunch of level 20
 
FR was a hard game for a noob like me... stupid Gary (I named him POOPY) kept KOing me, till I finally got sick of it and bought over 9000 Revives (or close to it). I got his last Pokemon (something like a Nidoking or was it his starter? I dunno) to Struggle, which was quite funny because my own Blastoise was also at the point of Struggle... most pathetic Struggle fight ever. orz
 
Steven had me in tears T-T

I challenged him with level 70 Pokemon and I tried so much that my Pokemon leveled up around ten levels before I finally beated him.

Gary was the worst. Maybe it was because by the time the Elite Four had pounded four of my Pokemon, it left Gary with an easier challenge. when i first challenged the elite four, my Charizard was level 60. By the time I actually beat all of the elite four people, my charizard was level 85. Then, my the time i beat the Elite Four AND gary, Charizard was a healthy level 100 XD
 
I Know this is off topic but i think the best champion theme ive heard is lance's GBC gold/silver theme :D
 
If you ask me,Wallace and Cynthia tie.Wallace's ****ing Ludicolo and Cynthias ?!@# Garchomp!They were so annoying.
 
Cynthia by a long shot. Garchomp. 'Nuff said.

Gary would probably be second, as he at least had a good variety of types in his arsenal. I really don't know for sure, as I barely remember my Leaf Green play through, and I never once went through R/B without getting infinite Rare Candies first.
 
I never had much problems with Gary/Blue/Green/whatever you call him like, he's easy to beat even with an underleveled team, only his Alakazam can cause trouble. But i've never played FR/LG a lot, maybe it's different there.
Lance is harder, but so underleveled and extremely weak to Ice and Electric, two common attacking types, so he isn't that much of a problem.
Steven... Again, a specialized Champion, extremely weak to Ground and Fightning, which are - again - very common.
Wallace has that damn annoying Ludicolo, but again, he's using just one type, and Electric is a common attacking type.
Cynthia is definetely the hardest in my opinion, unlike Gary, all of her Pokemon (except for maybe Gastrodon in D/P and Roserade) often cause serious trouble, and unlike the others, she isn't horribly weak two one or two types.
