4th Gen Hardest Gym Leader?

    What was your hardest Gym Leader?
    Honestly mine is Morty. I've battled him at least ten times and I'm broke now cuz I keep losing D: I'll probably just start the game over lol.

    For me it was Clair.
    I beat her in one go but she put up a great fight against my team.
    I found the rest of the gym leaders simple to beat tbh. :O
     
    Lt. Surge, if only because the team I was using at the time was entirely weak to Electric-type moves. I only realised it when I arrived in Vermillion City. xD
     
    I had no ice/dragon types when I battled clair. I just barely made it!
     
    To be honest, I didn't think any of them was a challenge, but the one who put up a fight was Bugsy :x
     
    For me, Jasmine was the hardest. I'm not exactly sure why but I'm pretty sure my team was severely under-leveled at the time. The first time I tried facing her, she absolutely murdered me. Thankfully, when I faced her the second time, I was a couple levels ahead of her but it was still difficult. Still, the others were very easy but I was surprised that I didn't have troubles with Whitney 'cause she was the hardest in the original games.
     
    For Bllaine was the hardest one. I couldn't battle him without my meganium's earthquake attack. I taught it at level 60.
     
    All leaders were easily defeated (only b/c i had a wifi event Jirachi, that had a modest nature and draco meteor( take that Clair!)and my team was pretty good.
     
    I say Blue, as at the time my pokemon were all just below 60 or like just above which challenged me a little bit with my Ho-oh and Feraligatr

    yep! whitney almost made me not wanna play no more...and clair was a challenge too but not as hard as whitney

    ive restarted and am in ice path right now about to face her.
    that kingdra is impossible!
    that's why i got lapras and taught it perish song.
    it will be my ace in the hole.
    i also captured a seadra in the whirl islands and will pwn the rest of her team with my own kingdra.
    irony much?
     
    Probably Whitney and her Miltank, but overall I didn't find any gym leader to be really hard.

    I Hated Whitney for a long time. and still kindof hate Miltank. :) [in the old ones]

    but in HG/SS, i didn't really have a problem with any of them. the only person i had ALOT of trouble with was Red. i tried ALOT of times to beat him, before i did.
     
    During my first run thru, Clair b-cuz her Kingdra knocked out my Feraligatr who was the only one who stood a chance.

    During my 2nd run thru, no one because i had an awsome team: Feralgatr, Tyranitar, Ampharos, Charizard, Dragonite, Togekiss.

    P.S Whitney use to be hard but in HGSS she's kinda wimpy
