No... that was Regulus who was the death eater. Rubeus was Hagrid's first name.

Regarding the death of Sirius. I won't bu it till I see a dead body. Just because you fall into some portal doesn't mean you are dead. It is the magical word of magic for crying out loud so something can happen.

I think Sirius will reappear in some way, as she said "One Character will get a Redemption" But I don't think he'll be Alive or Dead. Not a Ghost either, some other state of life...

Okay, I believe that Hagrid will live, but will do some fighting (perhaps even getting a new wand), if Harry dies, Ginny/Hermione (Not that that would happen) will confess her love to him and Malfoy/Snape won't turn out to be bad. :P
