Has anybody gotten Incense, Lure Modules, Lucky Eggs or Incubators from Pokestops?

You cannot get those items from PokéStops. The only items you can get are:

- Poké Balls (all levels), Great Balls (level 12+), Ultra Balls (level 20+)
- Potions (level 5+), Super Potions (level 10+), Hyper Potions (level 15+)
- Revives (level 5+)
- Razz Berries (level 8+)
- Eggs

All of those items you mentioned...I got them while I was leveling up. Like, at level 10 (my current level), I got a lure module and a couple incenses and an egg.

You get it for reaching certain level milestones, like level 5, not for visiting PokéStops.

Just think of it this way. Any valuable item they will not let you replenish indefinitely (i.e. recycling PokéStops). In a business/game design sense, they will make you do one or both of the following:

1. Play the game—e.g. grind—for the items you want, which in this case are valuable items like incenses, lures and incubators.

2. Buy the items via microtransactions.

I never got them on Pokestops, but I got them from reaching Level 8-10.

It doesn't really make sense that you'd get them from Pokestops because while this game is mostly free, Nintendo still has to make SOME money from it.

Never - All I got were the items described by VisualJae. And I'm level 21 at the moment and have visited 1000+ pokestops

I believe I've gotten Incense and Incubators from Pokéstops so far. Maybe a lure module too, I'm not sure. No lucky eggs as of yet, though.
