Has anyone ever transferred their Pokemon from Colosseum or XD to a GBA ga,e and then to D/P? I don't know anyone that has.

That takes long, but thats how most people get those XD Lugia and Celebi.

Nope, I've never needed to. Most of the best pokemon I've gotten were on LeafGreen and all you have to do for that is Palpark. For instance I have a Mew on LF I just need to transfer to Palpark. The pokemon on Colisseum I caught were worthless anyway. >_>

U cant EV train XD pokemon after 100 so it was pointless

Ev training is NOT a waste of time. It can greatly improve your Pokemon's stats.EV training is a waste of time.
