so can you breed me certain iv's?how about this:

1.modest male horse with iv's 31 in speed, spA and HP?
2.jolly male dratini with iv's 31 in speed, attack and HP?

i can give pp max for those pokemon..
 
HP is the most difficult IV to pass down, defense is second. I can do the others, but I can't guarantee HP as well. If you still want this commission, I can start breeding and then VM you their IVs, so you can select which one you want or if you want them rebred.
 
then minus the HP iv, i dont really need HP but just asking..so w/o the HP can you do it?for pp max?
