If you're going to mini-mod, you could have at least told them what general board would have been better. Just telling them this belongs elsewhere is really just spam. Please just report this thread next time and forgo posting. First warning.

Sorry, but New Users / Welcome is really only for introductions to the community. You're looking for the Emulation board, and its various sub-boards. However, you can't just make a thread asking what would be a good idea for a ROM hack there either. Take a look around there, and I'm sure you'll find some other resources though.
