Have you changed since your first day in PC?

Hell yes.

I look back and laugh at myself. Back then I had the shittiest taste in music, clothes, tv, everything.
e.g. Linkin Park => Guns N' Roses.
Baggy clothes => Normal clothes that make me actually look like a girl. :\

Ughh if new me met old me... I would totally hate myself. Hahah.
I think that now I have more confidence than before. :]
Back then I was like, the emo ugly pimply loser in the corner. With greasy hair.
Now I wash my hair, haha. My pimples just decided to disappear, and I became happy. Haha.

Plus, I used to type like this:

No.. I don't think I've changed... Tho my English has gotten better.. I'm still the same person I was when I joined...
 
ummm...definitely. even though it's only been like barely a month, but still.
when i first joined, i was really scared someone was gonna try to track me down...no joke.
i'm still a little paranoid, but i think that's good, it'll keep me from doing something stupid.
plus, i've learned lots of computer stuff here too!
as for maturity, well...i'm 14 okay! am i ever supposed to be mature????
 
Let's see... Juicy Fruit (Guillermo at the time) hated me after a certain post back in June.

I don't think he remembers/realizes that I'm the same person.

But let's see, have I changed in the past 5 years? Yes, but only physically, and having gained a few new skills. My personality has remained static.
 
I have changed quite a bit since I joined. I used to like post in nearly every thread in OVP, and I was like a big pile of fail/retard.

I'm still a bit fail-ish, but I'm getting better ^.^

I think this place has actually made me a bit happier. I actually wonder what my life would be like if I hadn't decided to stay here.. and well, it doesn't look as good.
I wouldn't have met all the awesome people .. and I think I have gained a bit a bit more intellect and my social skills irl have got a bit better.

so yes, yes I have changed since my first day.. for the better, I think.
 
A more valid question might be "have you changed since you've joined PC, because of PC?" but either way I like the thread!
I can say I have changed yes. My personality has changed little but the way in which I percieve myself and others on the internet certainly has. All in all I've become a better person on the internet I believe. I haven't changed too much because of PC, I wouldn't let something like PC change who I am. However I have acted a little different, positively too! I'm a little more upbeat because I can come home now and know I can sit back and relax with friends and read some interesting posts, as well as post myslef of course! If I were to sum up my answer in one line, I would say, in a way I have learned to be more sociable as well as learn to take the best from those around me and not always focus on flaws and weaknesses.
 
I've become rather socially awkward in real life social situations; something I never had a problem with before I joined PC (and something I hope will become a thing in the past soon as its effecting my friendships dramatically). That seems about all that's changed... I could say that my attitude online has changed, but that's not for me to decide. Overall, I've changed negatively in real life due to PC, which is a shame.
 
Of course i have, but I don't think it has anything to do with PC. I was 14 when I joined and I've matured a lot, although there may be some who disagree >.>
 
No not in my mind but, I have made new friends.
