Using the suckiest pokemon and beating the game ?

No. Black and White 2 were just released a few days ago, and everyone takes it serious on their first playthrough. Assuming you meant Black and White 2. There are challenges however, where you use a bad POkemon in a playthrough, but not too many people are doing a Black and White 2 challenge yet.

Oh I see, I think I'm gonna start with bad pokemon with my first playthrough haha, just to spice things up I guess.

Do you think it would be a good Let's Play series ?

As for LPs, there's a question/discussion thread in the subsection for LPs, Guides and Reviews (subsection of Video Games, towards the bottom of the forum index), so you're better off asking there than here. I suppose it's better than *just* playing the game normally, but note that a everyone and their dog tends to try an LP of Pokemon, so you'd have to set yourself apart decently (or just be really entertaining) to get more than the usual attention one would get for it.
