Have You Had Or Have Braces?

I had them once and never want to have them again.

All those horror stories of your teeth decaying if you didn't brush good enough, really has left me scarred.
 
Nope.

If my teeth are shining its not because of any metal but the pure pearlyness that I have been blessed with. I don't think I need braces either. :\

I had braces from when I was 15 to 18. And teeth out to get them in. It was just so fun ya know...*Scarasm*
 
had braces untill end of march this year but now i have like 2 metal thingies behinde my teeth
but it really didnt anoy me
 
Well i use to have braces, now my teeth are perfect.

I had a removable brace when i was 14 for 6 months, then I had a fixed brace when i was 14 and 1/2 to 16.
 
I have braces and they are an utter nightmare. I'm waiting eagerly for the moment they get taken off. The dentist has been saying it will be soon for at least four months, no exaggeration.
 
i have them actually i just got them tightened it sucked
 
I dont have them, but i want them, Im a pain person, and the taste of metal is delicious
 
I have never had braces. And I don't think I'll ever need them. You wouldn't believe how many times people come up to me and are like, "Your teeth are so straight! Did you have braces?" When I tell them my teeth are just naturally straight, they freak out and seem so amazed...is it really that uncommon? XD;

i have braces but i am going to say bye bye to them soon.

...omfg. And I thought my three years was bad. x__X; Wow, do I feel sorry for you. XD;

Anyway, as I just said, I had braces for about three years, I think. I got them on December '00 and they came off...oh jeez, was it May '03 or '04? XD; I can't even remember now, but I think it was the former. Yes, it must've been because I don't remember having them for high school. I had them originally to make room for an impacted tooth they found. After they came off, I had a regular retainer for some time in addition to a permanent retainer bonded to the back of my teeth. A wisdom tooth came in so I couldn't wear the regular retainer anymore (and haven't bothered to since I got my wisdoms out XD) but the stupid permanent one is still there and it bugs me from time to time, especially since this year seems to leave it prone to having brackets break off and whatnot. x_x

I've bored you enough with my teeth for now. I'm going to bed. XD
 
I had braces for four years, I got them when I was 12 and they come off last year around this time. At first I didn't like them but I got used to them.
