Having an issue with a trade o___o

    I apologise if I've posted this in the wrong place; I wasn't sure where else it should go xD

    I'm trying to trade with someone, and we seem to be having a few issues. We can see each other in the trade room, but we both seem to be stuck on the "seeking participants" message when we attempt to send a trade request. Also, the box and username of the person I'm trading with is in red rather than in green; any idea why this is?

    Help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

    I only know about the red part, if they picked a Girl character than the OT and the box will be red.
