no focus items
no element based teams(so you need to bring your A game)

What do you mean by "elemt based" teams?
Wait...I think I got it now. You mean for example 6 water pokemon in a team are forbidden, right?

But what if you only train a certain type like ONLY ghost
 
who the hell only trains ghost?! but its banned i like people to kno how to use a variety of styles and techniques so yeah no one type/element teams

So I think it's a reasonable rule. ^^ I mean I guess it wouldn't matter too much as usually it'll favor ckn if someone were to make such a team.

ok piplup ^^ and yeah its really just a way to get challengers to think while picking a team it'll better them in the end

Are yu sure you mean that??? My Zapdos single handedly wiped out your entire mono-poison team before.
 
that was way back when, when my team was a lot weaker and my nidoking woulda survived that heat wave if it hadnt crited and done a fair bit of damage back at ur dos (prbly not killed but woulda died earlier from life orb damage)
 
if any gym leader/someone who has my badge would be willing to help out i need to make a trade evolution
