they are legendary, they just are not uber. are you familiar with the current metagame?

ok... well, pokemon are split up into classes, these being NU, UU, BL, OU, and Uber (weakest to strongest) so, delibird, being relatively bad, is in NU, and Mewtwo, being amazing, is in Uber.
 
Ok.So im guessing the three birds are in the OU tier.
 
Ill battle but im not a gym leader.........yet.

Kool my favorite one is higher than the others

Until a worthy leader is found, I will be temping the steel gym myself. I will start taking challenges tomorrow for it.

@ LeeG, i think you need to research a bit more before going forward with your application to become a gym leader. Smogon and Bulbapedia are both very good resources
 
I no i read bulbapedia quite often.
 
try and find some battles in the quick battle thread, that way you can adapt to the metagame quickly and work out strategies of your own.
