This is a gross overstatement. You can breed perfect IV's. Though I'm certain in this situation he did not, don't use this sort of fact to back up your arguemnt, as there are some players in this league with max all stat Pokemon that are legit and it wouldn't be fair to tarnish their names also.

yeah i was not thinking at the time there what i meant is that every stats had 252 evs in it which make it a hack i said somewhere in here thats its not impossible to have really good ivs just takes much time and patience
