OUs...duh? What kind of question is that? XD You shouldn't be using UU pokemon on an OU team unless there's no precedent for that pokemon in OU. Like...Milotic kidna fits that definition. It is and always will be a good pokemon, but it has two common weaknesses and takes physical hits very poorly, which, sadly for Milotic, the 4th gen metagame is primarily physical.

Ok you can't try out for the E4 and challenge, so you will need to make up your mind. And if you want to challenge, challenge a leader, you will find a leader won't challenge you.

Hey, I just finished my Bug team, and I'm ready to be tested whenever. It's UU, so don't throw T-Tars at me or anything, please? I'm reasonably satisfied with its performance.

Too bad, because to try out for the E4 you will need to be prepared for T-tar. Anyway, if I remember correctly you said you wanted to use Shoddy, so you will have to wait for Frozen Darkness to come on, or, maybe Sheak might give you your try out if you ask him nicely.

BTW, Devon welcome to H&S. Good to see a new challenger.
