well it's not so much the matter that nosepass would do good damage to it with thunderbolt (it would actually do less than 50% to a milotic, who can shrug it off with recover + leftovers). the thing is that sandstream boosts its special defense, and with its rock typing urging Milotic to use Surf, Metal Burst will take it out. if it survives a metal burst, sandstream will start whittling its HP away, or it'll just switch out.

ah it doesn't learn it. how crappy XD ... shame that they would give it colossal defenses, steel typing, and yet no metal burst. ah well, i suppose you can outstall milotic if it came to it.

i'd much rather give probopass taunt + protect + toxic + thunderbolt/earthpower. thunderbolt is preffered because it covers most common steel types like bronzong and skarmory, which is important because steel types aren't harmed by sandstream nor by toxic, so you have to find a means to take them out. taunt is important so you can stop others from taunting you, and prevent setups. most importantly, it also stops skarmory from using whirlwind and roost on you, giving you the freedom to 2-3HKO it. magnet rise may save it for 5 turns from earthquake and the like, but if the person uses taunt before you can do so, then you're screwed.

for evs, i suggest 252 HP/92 SP ATK/164 DEF.

it mainly depends on what kind of ttar it is, but before you even worry about that, you really have to consider that only one poke on your team resists Fighting attacks, while the others are weak to it. any pokemon with Choice Scarf + Close Combat would sweep your team once gliscor gets KOed.

i was gonna suggest hippo earlier, but i wasn't sure how you felt about him. he's a complete stalling machine, made to even out-stall threats and sweep what can't handle him. if you want to replace him, then i hate to say it, but Mamoswine needs to go. it offers no good resistances and has no real bulk. besides, you need someone like lucario to deliver fighting attacks (although, you should make lucario mixed and not so much just a special sweeper... Close Combat has its place in every battle). the issue is you have 2 special sweepers and both have choice items. when you bring them out, they can only deliver a special attack hoping that it will do well, and then switch out. this is why i suggest giving him a mixed moveset. it makes it much harder for your opponent to predict.

eh, to sum it up, drop mamo, add hippo, and make lucario mixed.
