I have several lvl 1 shinys: Vulpix, Ponyta, Shinx, and a Pachirisu (nicknamed Rose). All are untouched. I also have a lvl 49 Shiny Roselia, untouched, if your interested in that. All those are currently on my Pearl but I can easily transfer them over to a 5th gen game.

I found two errors in your EV'ed Pokemon list. The first one is that your Aerodactyl has a Shiny Sprite, though its name is not highlighted a bright blue like your other shinys. You should clear up whether it's a shiny or not.

Your second error is at the bottom of your EV'ed list, and is a similar error to the previous one (the sprite disagrees with the name). You have a Shiny Swellow Sprite though it's name says it's a Shiny Taillow. See?:
