Howdy! How's pokemon X for you, good? I wish that the post content had a little.. more, but alas, I find it a great game!

Trading and Battling are pretty common in this forum. Feel free to visit the Trade Corner for all your trading activities, which there, you can visit the Trade Plaza to see the trades that fellow members are offering, in which, you can also create your own trade thread! There is also a Quick Trade Thread there where you can quickly trade someone if you're looking for a very specific pokemon. The Battle Center takes care of battles, where you can check out the quick battle requests if you'd like to have a wi-fi battle with someone! The showdown server on PC is also a nice mention to have battles as well.
