Sure, you can share your FC with other members; there are nice opportunities to do that! Over on the X&Y Friend code sharing thread on the Pokemon X and Pokemon Y thread for example, where as the name states, you can share your FC with other members, and you can have a visit to the trade corner too, if you'd like to share your FCs with other members to trade with them too. It's nice to stock up! Plus I think FCs will be more used in the upcoming pokemon games, so, can't wait for those as well. <33
