The Emulation and Rom Hacking Section is the best friend of all hackers. You can find different resources, tutorials, and Rom hacks made by our fellow community members there!

Like said above me, you can check out the Emulation and ROM Hacking board, where you can find some guides on how to do certain things ROM Hack related, there is some tools and resources that people have posted that you can use, and you can even ask for some assistance from others by making a team, or just asking people directly. Hope this helps you, and good luck on making your hack!

The Emulation board will offer you absolutely everything you need for creating your own hack so good choice on joining PC. (= It has tutorials, mods, team recruitment boards, and plenty of other useful resources that have helped tons of people before you. You'll be on your way to making a great game in no time, I'm sure; just work hard at it! Oh, and welcome to PokeCommunity, of course, Drag.
A good place to start would be the storyline thread where you can share your planned storyline for the hack you're working on.
