    Hey, my name is Erik, and I'm posting here because I'm new to the community. Here's a little bit about me:

    - been playing video games since I was a kid (but who hasn't, right?)
    - my first Pokemon game was actually Pokemon Yellow
    - I'm a huge LoZ and FF fan
    - I have a YouTube channel with my girlfriend. We do original animations and top 5 countdowns about gaming: youtube.com/2mooglesgaming

    I'm really looking forward to getting to know folks here. Been a while since I was active in any forums, and since I've always enjoyed Pokemon I thought this would be a great one to join. :)

    I'm a big LoZ fan myself! Which LoZ games are your favourite? Mine would have to be Twilight Princess and Ocarina of time, though I can't wait for Majora's Mask 3D to come out! Mmm, but if you like video games, I recommend checking out the Video Games board, where you'll be able to discuss video games with the rest of the members, and you can share let's plays upon the respective side-board there too. <33

    Oh man, Pokémon Yellow was my first Pokémon game as well! It always brings back fond memories when I return to it and play for a bit. And you're a LoZ and FF fan? That's friggin' awesome. I share the same interests and think they're both amazing franchises with amazing gameplay and amazing soundtracks. (Totally not exaggerating.) Majora's Mask 3D is gonna be so hype. <3

    You'd be surprised! A lot of people are only getting into Pokemon (or back into it) with X/Y, as Nintendo have finally learned how to advertise their games. Either that, or people are too young to remember when Pokemon was popular - it's been around for quite a while now!

    Aha, which FF games are your favourites? I'm fond of the ones set in Ivalice (so, XII and the Tactics series) myself! Will you be getting Type-0 HD when it comes out?~

    I'm late but hey, welcome Erik! Hopefully you'll enjoy the community because there's lots to do.

    As the others recommended, Video Games is definitely going to be your favorite section on the forums since that's where all the big gaming franchises are discussed, including Final Fantasy and Legend Of Zelda. I've never played much of said franchises, although I think I did play one game of the former but it never resonated with me. There's also a place to share your LP's from your YouTube, which I assume is focused around gaming? Wouldn't be surprised if it is.
