    Hey! I made my account about a year and a half ago to download a hack but haven't really been active since. Figure I should introduce myself now, since I've been interested in getting into ROM hacking for a very long time, and think I might finally put the pedal to the metal soon when it comes to that. I intend on looking into making hacks for both mainline Pokemon and Mystery Dungeon, so you may see my name attached to one someday!

    I'm also a developer for RetroAchievements and am looking into making sets for pre-existing hacks and mine alike, so if there's any overlap between that community and this one, that's another thing we'll be able to get along on! Feel free to recommend any hacks you'd like me to develop a set for or otherwise play myself!

    Thank you for the warm welcome! I've been a fan of Pokémon for as long as I can remember, really. Yellow and Gold were two of, if not the absolute first games I ever played, and while I've dropped out of interest in the main series at Gen 6, I've continued to cultivate my enjoyment for the older entries and spinoff titles, and over time I've started to take a bigger and bigger interest in the fangame/hacking scene. I can't promise I'll be able to become a skilled enough hacker (nor a diligent enough worker) to get my own work out anytime soon, but I hope not to disappoint when I do.

    It's great to meet more fans for which the love of Pokémon has remained after so long!
    I felt my interest decrease after Generation 3 myself, but it never disappeared, and these few last years, I have certainly enjoyed doing some reruns, playing Black 2 and Fire Red, not to count a good number of neat fan games, especially Insurgence and Reborn.
    Take all the time you need, of course!

    Hello!
    Do you have any favorite Rom Hacks?
    Also good luck with your own Rom Hack!
    As of now, I don't think my list of played hacks is big enough to have a favorite. I really like the idea behind hacks that include new rosters of Pokemon, particularly when said Pokemon have preexisting history in either the fanbase or the series' development; Factory Adventure and Gold 97 Reforged come to mind for bringing to life 1990s playground rumors and beta Pokemon designs respectively. But I respect hacks of all sorts, and am looking into broadening my horizons! Appreciate the good luck!

    Hi Bearfax II! Welcome to the forum. Will see you active in this forum. Best of Luck!
    Thank you! Can't promise I'll be extremely active, but I'll try to post whenever I have something to add.

    Never too late to integrate yourself into the community! Welcome Bear!

    Best of luck to you with your future fan games! n_n;
