    Hey i am new to this forum and want to say hello :). I collected pokemon card's back in 1999 and i am glad they are hot again :). I have a really hard time parting with my collection of card's. But i was thinking of maybe selling my old collection to get the newer one's, not sure if good idea or make sense. I honestly have about 800 WOTC 1999 cards from base set,jungle and fossil. And are people even interested in the older card's or are the new ones better?. Well i put on ebay if anyone is interested type in search box on ebay

    Because i was thinking of doing something like 50 card's from original sets base,jungle,fossil, 2 holos and 3 first edition stamped cards for like 17$, Is that fair or am i out my mind? Any input would be helpful, because im sick of looking at my old collection and i am interested in starting to collect the new ones. Well i tried ebay if anyone interested take a look :) put in search boc on ebay

    It depends on print run, quality, and condition really. Also what cards they are. Some people will pay around £70 (so $90ish) for blocks of 500/1000 but of course since you have holos/ rares you could push for more.

    If the holos are early print runs and in good condition you could easily turn over more for them than $17
     
    yea holo all range honestly, to ligh play to mint i guess, and besides holo also adding some first editions will add value?...Most of them are from 1999
     
    Well honestly i tried ebay and put some other pokermon card's up also.
