I am a new member here looking to getting to know the community. I'm currently in the middle of making my own pokémon hack. But that post will come later on. (inquire if you want any specifics)

:O Hello Tyler! Welcome to the forums. There's an entire area for ROM Hacking here on PC, but I'm sure you knew that. :) I'm no good at that sort of stuff, so it's always cool to see more people that know how to. Haha.

Ha ha thanks for the welcome. I wouldnt go so far as me knowing how to do it as more of I'm learning. xD well yeah i just really would like some people to help me do some stuff because what im planning seems like its going to take a very long time. Once again, thanks for welcoming me

well i tried

I tried to do that but i can't post there. I would like to post in the recruitment place so i can get some people to help me with my hack. Because i can do it all on my own. . . But i would like to have the first beta out in a couple of weeks this is also because i dont really now how to script the trainers and the events. its really hard i've looked into it but i cant seem to grasp it. . . If someone looks at this and wants to give me a helping hand i'd love to have you on the team

...and what exactly is stopping you from posting over there? D: As long as you're following the specific guidelines set out in the stickied threads over in the Emulation boards, there should be all kinds of opportunities for you to better your skill.

Well, you can't give up on learning to script and such that easily. The awesome projects you see here weren't made with skills that were learned over night. Most of the experienced ROM hackers here have been learning their trade for years, my friend. Once you get it down though, nothing can stop your creative genius!

Buuut you probably aren't gonna find much help here in NU/W. D; Nothing personal, really, it's just most of us don't happen to frequent that board much.

I hadnt provided Screenies before hand. thats why i didnt get accepted lol. well now all i have to do is really finish modifying my maps and such to make it more original. i shall be uploading a thread on the Drawing board when i have such screen shots.

Thank you for your best wishes! And im planning on having a beta uploaded soon. i have alot of work to do what with having a completely custom takeover right away. but yeah first off i need another coder. because the one i have doesnt really help lol
