Anyway, I've always looked around the forums for help, advice, and tools for hacking and whatnot, and I've come to the conclusion I just need to get an account to fully get "help" with hacking... Anyway, nice to meet you all! Hope to gain a few new friends. :)

Welcome to PokeCommunity.
If you're looking for ROM hacking tools, you should take a visit to the Emulation section of the forums. The section has a large Toolbox board (and some are pretty good), and you can pretty much find everything you may need into succeeding your hack! ^_^
