Oh, ROM hacking is reaaally big here. You'll probably find a lot of experts during your stay. I used to be really addicted to hacking myself but that was years ago. From my own experiences, which sadly aren't that extensive, I'd say
Flora Sky is one of the most completed hacks right now. It was the only hack where I got far into the story and enjoyed every minute of it. It's quite a popular game here, too, so chances are you'd have a great time playing through as well. I mean.. its official thread has over 5,000 replies, so there's gotta be something good about it, yeah? Try it out and let me know what you think! Dig through the other hacks in the
Hacks Showcase subforum too, you'll likely find plenty of more completed hacks. I was the type that didn't like to play unfinished hacks myself.. I know it's hard work making them but I really loved to be able to play the whole thing all the way through.

Any plans to consider delving into other places here sometime? PC is huge so there's so much more to do than just hacking.
