Hey, I'm Silverstorm.
I was a big fan of Pokemon back when it was released here (England) for many years. Loved the cards, animes and the games of course. Slowly it died down because of others peoples lack of interest in it. For the past several years I've always revived it in my heart, but everyone around me never did so I felt kind of lonely.
For some reason though, I've never been more passionate about Pokemon as a whole than recently. The last few months I've been watching the original series again, from the beginning which I never quite got the chance before and also playing all of the games, including my quest to catch all 493 Pokemon, which I've yet to complete.
Through this however, I've gotten rather lonely because I've often been made fun of and joked about >.< and nobody at my age seems to share this passion anymore. I'm actually 21 now, which many people would say is too old for Pokemon, but its still one of my favourite things, and always will be.
This is why I'm quite pleased to have found this community. I've always wanted to be a part of a community of Pokemon fans like myself. Sorry for the long winded intro! Thank you for reading if you bothered to :)
