Hello you Pokéfans! Looking for friends!

Hey! I´ve never realy deeply immersed myself into the Pokémon world . I just recently watched the I think it was 55 episodes of Indigo League that were available on Netflix. I know the series continues a bit more but Pokémon content seems to be always out of reach for me.

Anyway I thought maybe someone knows more and can direct me to some of the most awsome Pokémon content out there! Or somebody is as lost as me haha. I think I played all the main Pokémon games since Diamond/Pearl/Platinum but I never got my hand on any "spin-offs" . Would love to know which ones you think are the best!

Something about me : Im 25 years old and have been a comitted gamer all of my life. From Germany!

So yeah Im looking for a friend who can share this hobby with me and who knows what else!

Woah... my favourite will probably be Ultra Moon because of the Poké-mon-ami . I just love to be able to interact with my Pokémon in a wholesome way and not only for battling! I wish they concentrate more on the bonding aspect between you and your Pokémon!

I feel the exact same way lol. Getting to actually pet and interact with my team was my second favorite aspect of the Gen 6 and 7 era games right after Megas. And I also really wish they'd bring that stuff back to the series...

How about Pokemon typings? Got a favorite one of those?

My first ever Pokémon was a Piplup. I still have that one it evolved to Empoleon of course but yeah... Water types for me :P But I also realy like Ghost and Fairy types. Sylveon is one of my favourite Eevolutions!

Those are cool picks! We've actually got a Piplup here who helps Mod the forum lol. :p I love all the veevees, but my favorite is Umbreon. (funny considering Dark is my favorite typing, but that didn't end up being a reason for Umbre's position at all)

Well I LOVE Pikachu and Eevee and Slyveon... My favourite though... I mean I love my Empoleon but.... ah thats realy a hard question. I love so many of them and have forgotten about so many too since I am not active on these games anymore... Switch Online is expensive D: . Also I never realy got any "Nintendo friends". I've lost a lot of respect for Nintendo in the recent years, but I used to play their games the most. And I'd honestly say you were lucky to not have 'Nintendo friends', I used to have one and no matter what I'd say to him as a reason for some of their bad business practices, he'd always have an excuse for them. It got real old real quick... >.>
Anyway... Speaking of Shaymin and darkrai, I'm trying to shiny hunt them in my copy of SP! (and WOW is it taking a while lol)
Anyway, I'll leave some questions free for anyone else who wants to greet you. Don't want to monopolize all the good ones. :p

For the spinoffs, from the ones I've played, which is not a whole lot of them, I liked New Pokemon Snap the most. Yeah you're just running through a course taking photo's, but there's some seriously cute and cool interactions you can find! It's more of a get it on sale game though in terms of amount of content. The standard price of 55 euros is a bit much for it imo.
I've also played the PMD game that's on the Switch, but after you do the main story it gets really hecking repetitive imo.

If you love Pikachu and Eevee, have you played Let's Go Eevee/Pikachu?
The partner petting thing in them is adorable! They can even give you little gifts =3
